With experience in commercial law, litigation and disputes, employment law and wills and estates, Matthew provides a commercial and practical approach to his clients on the sale and purchases of businesses, residential and retail leases, debt recovery and employment law matters. Matthew has also acted in complex commercial disputes across multiple jurisdictions including the Supreme Court of Victoria advising his clients on their contractual and common law rights whilst guiding his clients through the complex and stressful Court process.

After growing up in the local area and through his close community ties, Matthew aims to assist his clients in understanding their business model, key drivers and motivations, whilst building long lasting relationships, helping Matthew to deliver to his client’s their desired outcome.

Matthew is an active member in the local community, with long standing memberships at the Berwick Football Club and Woodlands Golf Club. Matthew enjoys spending time on the golf course and staying active out in the great outdoors.
