Damien provides significant experience and extensive knowledge across a broad range of areas including commercial, property, family and litigation law. His multi-channel experience ranges from large property transactions to the sale and purchase of businesses right through to the enforcement of intellectual property rights. Within the area of litigation, Damien is accomplished in the prosecution of TAC and Workcover claims. Eager to provide clear and professional legal advice, Damien will diligently and tirelessly seek the best outcome for his clients.

Through his honest and client-focused approach, Damien builds strong connections with his clients, establishing trust and an in-depth understanding of their situation. As a clear and effective communicator, Damien has engaged in a wide range of family law matters including complex property disputes of significant value involving complicated asset structures and assets held overseas.

Strongly community-minded, Damien acts for numerous local associations, gives seminars to local organisations on various important legal issues and also takes on several pro bono cases each year.

Beyond the practice, Damien is involved in a number of local school and community fundraiser organisations both at general assistance and committee levels.
