With a double degree in Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Criminology at Deakin University, and currently completing her Practical Legal Training at Leo Cussen Centre for Law Smriti has already been a notable addition to the Duffy & Simon team as one of our Graduate Lawyers.

Hoping to be admitted to practice in August, 2021, Smriti comes to our firm with a rich background in the legal sector where she worked as a client consultant and paralegal for law firms throughout her degree. Smritis warm and compassionate nature along with her pragmatic approach made it quite fitting that she began at Duffy & Simon as a part of the Family Law team and has been a valuable member to date.

Outside of work she enjoys travelling, and even completed part of her degree in Budapest and London. She enjoys keeping active by playing Badminton and Dancing, but most of all enjoys spending time with family and friends.
