With a solid grounding in Property Law, Will and Estate Planning and Business Law, Don provides decisive and thoughtful leadership on property subdivisions, developments, property sales and estate planning including the preparation of wills, trusts, and powers of attorney. Don has a wide range of experience in complex commercial matters covering areas such as the sale and purchase of businesses, leases, business structure, asset protection and providing a legal outcome his clients can build upon, so they can take their business to the next level.

With significant experience in the area of complex property transactions and subdivisions, Don has advised and provided guidance to successful property developers, including properties carrying significant environmental issues.

Don is an active member of the local community, acting for several schools in the area and providing advice on a broad range of issues including corporate governance through to contractual disputes and enrolment issues. Don is also a committeeman of the Pakenham Racing Club and trustee of a number of charitable and not for profit trusts.
