Like most businesses this year we have had to adapt the way that we service our clients. Pre-COVID we loved coming into our office to the Duffy & Simon family, seeing our clients face to face, and providing advice and advocacy that always has your best interests at heart. Whilst we still continue to do this from afar and through virtual means until safe to do so it has been so wonderful to have such positive feedback throughout the last few months, whether that may be through an email or on more of a public forum.
